Approval decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities, and we make no guarantees regarding outcomes.───────────────────────────3. Client ResponsibilitiesClients are responsible for ensuring all information and documents provided are truthful, complete, and up-to-date. We are not liable for any rejection, delay, or loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.───────────────────────────4. Service FeesService fees are as agreed upon confirmation and exclude Thai government fees, third-party charges, transportation, and other out-of-pocket expenses, which are the client's sole responsibility.───────────────────────────5. ConfidentialityAll personal data and documents provided by clients are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of service delivery. Early Commencement of ServiceIf you request that we begin providing services before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, you must confirm this in writing.
